Max Grosch

Maxwell Grosch is an advisor with NAI Rampart where he represents owners, investors, and operators across Southeast Louisiana. He specializes in industrial and waterfront assets while also maintaining a strong track record in multifamily, hospitality, and investment-property transactions. His finance background and deal expertise support a data-driven, structured process designed to produce better results for his clients.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Maxwell graduated from Jesuit High School and Louisiana State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. He joined the NOMAR CID Board of Directors in 2026 and currently chairs the Service to the Community Committee.

Maxwell is actively pursuing his CCIM designation and is dedicated to helping clients evaluate opportunities, maximize value, and execute successful commercial real estate strategies.
