Cameron Lombardo, CCIM, joined REMAX Commercial Brokers in 2017. A New Orleans native, he studied at Louisiana State University.

Cameron served as the 2024 President of the Commercial Investment Division of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS, currently serves as the President of the Louisiana Commercial Database (LACDB) and on the national Membership Committee for the CCIM Institute.

He has successfully represented national and local clients including: Empanola, Snap Fitness, The Exercise Coach, Dynamic Performance Training, NOLA Surgical Specialists, 1-800-GOTJUNK, Tucker, Albin & Associates, Kindred, Volkert Engineering, CSRS, First National Bank, Z Luxe Suites, Galactic Tattoo, as well as representing many local properties owners in the sale/lease of their building.

When he’s not working, Cameron enjoys playing chess, golf, networking, and is a die-hard New Orleans Saints, Pelicans, and Chicago Cubs fan.

Beth Cristina serves as Senior Advisor / Broker Associate with Stirling’s commercial real estate team, working from the company’s New Orleans, Louisiana, office. Specializing in both landlord and tenant representation, she has been a commercial real estate leader in New Orleans and across the southeast region for more than 44 years.

A past president of the Commercial Investment Division (2000, 2008), NOMAR (2005), and Louisiana REALTORS® (2015), Beth has spent decades shaping the industry through leadership, advocacy, and mentorship at the local, state, and national levels. Her most recent service at the national level includes 2025 Commercial Economic Issues & Trends Forum Chair, 2025 Commercial Strategic Action & Planning Work Group, 2025 Commercial Committee, 2025 Research Committee, 2026 Board of Directors, and 2026 Commercial Federal Policy Committee.

In addition to her leadership roles, Beth has achieved industry recognition, as the recipient of the New Orleans CityBusiness Excellence in Construction & Real Estate (2019), NAR Award for Outstanding Achievement in Commercial Real Estate (2011), REALTOR® of the Year for Louisiana REALTORS® (2010) and NOMAR (2009), the CID Service to the Industry Award (2007), CID Top Special Purpose Sale (2007), New Orleans CityBusiness Women of the Year (2005), and CID Top Overall Office Producer (2005).
Beth has extensive experience in commercial real estate leasing, sales, development, and investments. Her knowledge and expertise range from vacant land to single-tenant and high-rise office buildings. Her qualifications include office and retail market analysis, tenant/landlord and purchaser/seller representation, marketing, sales and leasing strategies, and consulting services.

Maxwell Juge is a Sales Associate and Property Manager at RE/MAX Commercial Brokers. A graduate of the LSU E. J. Ourso College of Business, Max specializes in tenant representation, demographic analysis, ESRI, buildout, site selection, technical experience with user-end hardware, server system maintenance, B2B / enterprise software and troubleshooting.

Mignon Richard Díaz is a commercial advisor with NAI Rampart and the 2026 President of the NOMAR CID Board of Directors. Additionally, she serves as the Secretary of the Louisiana CCIM Chapter, 2026 Commercial Division Director for Louisiana REALTORS®, and member of the Board of Managers for the Louisiana Commercial Database (LACDB). She has served on the Forecast committee since 2020, including three years as the committee chairperson.

Mignon is a graduate of Loyola University’s Women’s Leadership Academy (2023), the Louisiana REALTORS® Leadership Program (2025), and Leadership Jefferson (2026), a winner of the NOMAR CID 2022 Rising Star Award and the 2024 Service to the Industry Award, as well as a 2025 National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Commercial Award.

A graduate of St. Mary’s Dominican High School and the University of Georgia, Mignon began her commercial real estate career in Atlanta, spending five years focused on retail landlord representation at Stream Realty and Colliers International, serving a range of local to institutional clients across a portfolio of grocery-anchored centers, lifestyle centers, and mixed-use retail projects throughout the Metro Atlanta area.

In early 2020, Mignon returned to New Orleans and joined NAI Rampart, formerly Latter & Blum, as a third-generation commercial sales and leasing agent, following in the footsteps of her grandfather, Murdock Richard, and her father, Paul Richard. She currently specializes in retail landlord and tenant representation, with a portfolio spanning the Greater New Orleans and Baton Rouge areas. In addition to her retail focus, Mignon and her father serve as Real Estate Advisors to the Jefferson Parish School Board (JPSB), the Orleans Parish School Board (OPSB), and the Archdiocese of New Orleans.

Mignon and her husband, Daniel, reside in Metairie with their two black labs, Bella and Rosie, where they are active parishioners at St. Angela Merici Church.

Bob Stevens is President and Broker of The Stevens Realty Group, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and property management company he founded in 1994. Headquartered in Metairie, the firm serves south Louisiana and the Greater New Orleans area with commercial and investment sales, purchases, and leases, along with property management. Stevens has specialized in office, retail, industrial, and land in Southeast Louisiana for nearly four decades. He is a past President of the Commercial Investment Division of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS®, and during his tenure he helped create the Forecast, helping to enshrine the event as the premier real estate conference in southeast Louisiana. He has also served as Louisiana REALTORS® Commercial Division Director and currently serves as a Commissioner with the Jefferson Economic Development Commission (JEDCO).

Donna Chandler (GRI, AHWD, C2EX) is the 2026 President of the New Orleans Metropolitan of REALTORS® and an agent with REMAX Affiliates, specializing in residential and condominium sales throughout Kenner, Metro New Orleans, Metairie, Destrehan, and the French Quarter. She has been a real estate practitioner for 29 years. She previously served as the 2020 GSREIN President and currently sits on the National Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors as well as the Membership Policy and Board Jurisdiction Committee.

Maxwell Grosch is an advisor with NAI Rampart where he represents owners, investors, and operators across Southeast Louisiana. He specializes in industrial and waterfront assets while also maintaining a strong track record in multifamily, hospitality, and investment-property transactions. His finance background and deal expertise support a data-driven, structured process designed to produce better results for his clients.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Maxwell graduated from Jesuit High School and Louisiana State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. A member of the NOMAR CID Board of Directors, he is the recipient of the 2025 CID Rising Star Award and currently chairs the Service to the Community Committee.

Maxwell is actively pursuing his CCIM designation and is dedicated to helping clients evaluate opportunities, maximize value, and execute successful commercial real estate strategies.

Michael Plauché is an advisor with Coldwell Banker Commercial TEC, where he specializes in assisting clients in the hospitality and tourism industry with site selection, lease analysis, acquisition and disposition. A CCIM candidate working towards his designation, Michael joined the NOMAR Commercial Investment Division Board of Directors in 2021, serving as the 2025 President. He currently chairs the Membership committee and is an active participant in CID’s Service to the Community, Education, Scholarships, Sponsorships, and Programs Committees.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Michael spent over 15 years in the hospitality industry in various roles from direct food sales to full-service operations management. A member of the Krewe of Orpheus and an avid Louisiana sports fan, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife Megan and their daughter, Iva.

Carrie Robinson is the Communications Director and liaison to the Commercial Investment Division for the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS®. Her work for the association spans multi-channel communications and project management. She specializes in the intersection of technology, information systems, and communications to build engagement and create meaningful experiences for members. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a minor in Public Relations from the University of Houston, and a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of North Texas. Prior to joining the REALTOR® organization, she worked as a librarian for over a decade. In her free time, she enjoys weightlifting, reading science fiction, and hanging out with her English bulldog, Petunia.

Victoria Waguespack is a commercial real estate agent with Beau Box Commercial Real Estate, specializing in office leasing. She has been an agent since 2018, and has worked in the New Orleans market since 2021, specializing in both landlord and tenant representation for office sales and leasing. In addition to her work on the Forecast Committee, she chairs the CID Programs Committee, and serves on the Scholarships and Education Committees. She was recognized as a 2024 CID Rising Star and joined the CID Board of Directors in 2026. With experience in marketing, lease negotiations, and strategic deal structuring, Victoria is committed to strengthening the commercial real estate community through service and connection.

Daniel Cook is an Advisor with Stirling, based in the firm’s Covington, Louisiana office. Born and raised in the Mandeville–Covington area, Daniel has built a strong foundation in commercial real estate with experience spanning retail, industrial, land, and investment transactions throughout Southeast Louisiana.

Now three years into his commercial real estate career, Daniel has successfully represented clients in a wide range of lease and sale transactions, including retail leasing, industrial properties, land sales, land leases, and development opportunities. While he maintains a broad understanding of the commercial real estate market, his primary focus is centered on industrial properties and land transactions, particularly agricultural, recreational, and rural land assets.

A graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, Daniel brings a unique hands-on perspective to the industry through his background in both oilfield operations and agriculture. His firsthand experience working in industrial environments and on various farming operations provides practical insight that benefits clients navigating complex land and industrial transactions.

In addition to his brokerage work, Daniel serves on the CID Education Committee and the CID New Orleans Forecast Planning Committee, further strengthening his involvement within the commercial real estate community and keeping him actively engaged in industry trends and market development.

Daniel’s combination of real-world operational experience, market knowledge, and relationship-driven approach allows him to provide strategic guidance tailored to each client’s goals while delivering practical solutions across a wide range of commercial real estate needs.

Stephanie Vallery Hoffmann is the Professional Development Director for NOMAR, where she oversees the selection, production, coordination and scheduling of the association's continuing education and ancillary educational offerings, as well as working closely with NOMAR's affiliate members who volunteer as educators and support the association through sponsorship. Stephanie began with NOMAR in 2018 in the Key and Lockbox department, and in 2019 transitioned to an Education Coordinator role. In 2024, she moved into her current position. She finds great satisfaction in assisting members with their annual Continuing Education (CE) requirements, as well as connecting with NOMAR affiliates who sponsor classes.

Born and raised in Kenner, Stephanie currently makes her home in Metairie with her husband Brian and their three children, Blake, Hunter, and Parker. She enjoys spending time with her family in their backyard, accompanied by their dog, Rocco.

Paul Richard is an advisor with NAI Rampart, where he has worked since 1988 in the sale, lease, and redevelopment of investment and commercial real estate. Paul served as the NOMAR CID President in 2016 and has remained an active and involved member, lending his expertise, leadership, and wisdom to the Forecast Symposium.

Paul specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family, retail, and investment real estate in the Greater New Orleans area. His practice includes tax credit, non-profit, Charter School, and economic development related brokerage. His current interest is in the marketing and development of real estate in the Downtown, Bio-Medical, and Spirit of Charity Innovation District. He is also an advocate of sustainable living and high-performance construction and redevelopment solutions. A New Orleans local, his professional goal is “doing well by doing good!“

Ginger Wiggins, CRB, is the acting CEO and Ex-Officio for NOMAR, bringing two decades of industry experience to the position. She served as the 2025 President of NOMAR, 2024 President of ROAM MLS, as well as holding national roles on NAR’s Board of Directors, the Smart Growth Advisory Board, and currently sits on the State and Local Issues Policy Committee. She has been recognized as a top real estate influencer by Biz New Orleans, as well as received NOMAR's Max J. Derbes Meritorious Service Award.
