Victoria Waguespack

Victoria Waguespack is a commercial real estate agent with Beau Box Commercial Real Estate, specializing in office leasing. She has been an agent since 2018, and has worked in the New Orleans market since 2021, specializing in both landlord and tenant representation for office sales and leasing. In addition to her work on the Forecast Committee, she chairs the CID Programs Committee, and serves on the Scholarships and Education Committees. She was recognized as a 2024 CID Rising Star and joined the CID Board of Directors in 2026.
