Mignon Richard Díaz is a commercial advisor with NAI Rampart and the 2026 President of the NOMAR CID Board of Directors. Additionally, she serves as the Secretary of the Louisiana CCIM Chapter, 2026 Commercial Division Director for Louisiana REALTORS®, and member of the Board of Managers for the Louisiana Commercial Database (LACDB). She has served on the Forecast committee since 2020, including three years as the committee chairperson.
Mignon is a graduate of Loyola University’s Women’s Leadership Academy (2023), the Louisiana REALTORS® Leadership Program (2025), and Leadership Jefferson (2026), a winner of the NOMAR CID 2022 Rising Star Award and the 2024 Service to the Industry Award, as well as a 2025 National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Commercial Award.
A graduate of St. Mary’s Dominican High School and the University of Georgia, Mignon began her commercial real estate career in Atlanta, spending five years focused on retail landlord representation at Stream Realty and Colliers International, serving a range of local to institutional clients across a portfolio of grocery-anchored centers, lifestyle centers, and mixed-use retail projects throughout the Metro Atlanta area.
In early 2020, Mignon returned to New Orleans and joined NAI Rampart, formerly Latter & Blum, as a third-generation commercial sales and leasing agent, following in the footsteps of her grandfather, Murdock Richard, and her father, Paul Richard. She currently specializes in retail landlord and tenant representation, with a portfolio spanning the Greater New Orleans and Baton Rouge areas. In addition to her retail focus, Mignon and her father serve as Real Estate Advisors to the Jefferson Parish School Board (JPSB), the Orleans Parish School Board (OPSB), and the Archdiocese of New Orleans.
Mignon and her husband, Daniel, reside in Metairie with their two black labs, Bella and Rosie, where they are active parishioners at St. Angela Merici Church.
