Keith Schneider

Keith Schneider is Managing Director and Head of Real Estate at Benson Capital Partners, the New Orleans investment firm founded by Gayle Benson. Schneider was hired to run day-to-day operations of the firm's real estate fund, Benson Capital Real Estate I LP, which held its initial closing with more than $50 million in commitments and invests in value-add commercial property across Louisiana and the broader Gulf South, including markets such as Birmingham, Jackson, Huntsville, and Mobile. Among the fund's investments is a $5.7 million equity position in a retail component of the $2.2 billion MidCity District development in Huntsville, Alabama. Prior to Benson Capital Partners, Schneider worked at TriGate Capital, LLC in Dallas, and he has also held positions with Tailor Capital Partners and the Stanford Management Company.
