Keith Schneider

Keith Schneider is Managing Director and Head of Real Estate at Benson Capital, the New Orleans investment firm founded by Gayle Benson. He leads the firm’s real estate investment strategy, overseeing acquisitions, development, transaction structuring, asset management, and portfolio strategy across a diverse range of property types throughout the Southeast and Texas. He also helps evaluate strategic development opportunities that connect private capital, economic development, placemaking, and the Benson organization’s real estate and professional sports assets.

Before joining Benson Capital, Keith spent 13 years with TriGate Capital in Dallas, investing institutional private equity capital in commercial real estate opportunities throughout the United States. Earlier in his career, he held positions with Lehman Brothers and the Stanford Management Company. He is a graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
