Louis Lauricella

Louis V. Lauricella is Managing Member of Lauricella Land Company, a fourth-generation New Orleans real estate development firm, and Managing Partner of its brokerage and leasing affiliate, L+A Retail. He took over day-to-day operations of the company in 1986 and has since overseen the development and redevelopment of more than four million square feet of primarily retail commercial space, secured hundreds of millions of dollars in project financing, and structured partnerships with leading New Orleans companies. His portfolio includes the Elmwood Center, the largest open-air retail-focused project in Louisiana, along with the Astor Crowne Plaza Hotel and multiple shopping centers. Lauricella Land Company is a partner in River District Neighborhood Investors, LLC, the master developer of the River District. He serves as Vice-Chairman of the NORD Foundation and on the Jefferson Business Council.
