Richard Juge, CCIM, SIOR

Richard E. Juge, CCIM, SIOR, is CEO and Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Commercial Brokers, Inc., with offices in Metairie and Mandeville. He has worked in commercial and investment real estate since 1988, specializing in industrial and office leasing and sales, and has negotiated numerous transactions for large oil and gas companies across the Gulf South. Juge served as President of The CCIM Institute in 2010 and has been a CCIM instructor since 2001. He is an inaugural member of the NOMAR Commercial Investment Division and served as CID President in 1998. He has ranked among the top twenty-five commercial agents in RE/MAX worldwide, received the RE/MAX Distinguished Service Award in 2007, and was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame with a Lifetime Achievement Award. He is a graduate of Tulane University.
