Terry Watson, CSP

Terry Watson is a national keynote speaker who has worked with event planners, associations, and organizations for more than twenty years, delivering programs on customer experience, business systems, and adapting to change. He holds the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation, the speaking industry's highest earned credential, awarded by the National Speakers Association and held by fewer than twelve percent of speakers worldwide.
