Dr. Jessica Lautz of the National Association of REALTORS® will present national housing data covering buyer and seller demographics, inventory, affordability, trends shaping consumer behavior, and how recent legislative developments may be expected to impact the local market. Dr. Gary Wagner of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette will examine conditions closer to home, analyzing regional employment, industry sector performance, and the outlook for the Louisiana economy.
